It is increasingly evident that we are in an important time that appears to be a major shift in humanity and the cosmos. In the past, we have been used to having guidance “from on high” or some kind of spiritual revelation that suggests a new direction.
But now, the pattern of the new is beginning to blossom from within us. There is a seed image of the new future that is planted in each of us. How it “becomes” and grows is dependent on the soil it finds itself in - our own individual beingness. As our life weaves into everything around it, it becomes the soil that is needed for the seeds to sprout.
So, this new way of being Human is manifesting from inside us. Its shape will emerge from our human everyday lives, intertwining with each other, the soul of the earth, Gaia, and the nature realms and how we involve ourselves with them. This is a different way of thinking about our lives and our purpose.
It means that we are moving into a time when we are learning how to be magicians of partnership. We are starting to consciously and intentionally explore the magic of forming relationships with other living forces. We are beginning to see how everything we do is creating an interactive whole. It is a wholing. We are practitioners of Practical Magic.
Let’s take some time together to feel into how this new seed of the future might be showing up in the Commons of our own lives today. How are we living the legend that this time will be seen and described when the future looks back on its origins? What might it be asking of us?

Rue Hass, MA is a Spiritual Life Path Coach and Intuitive Mentor and author. Her background includes university teaching, broad, deep training in psycho-spiritual philosophy, NLP, energy psychology, and the graduate school of motherhood. Emerging from the social/political action of the 1960s-70s in Chicago, she lived in the Findhorn spiritual community in Scotland from 1974-1981. She was ordained as a Lorian minister/priest in 2011.
