MORE ABOUT THIS introductory WEBINAR
Love is a popular topic in human conversation - all kinds of love. Much is written about brotherly love, love of the earth and nature, love of family and friends, love of God, love of country, and, of course, romantic love – a favorite theme! There is much to love in our lives. There are also areas where love is more difficult to give - where things are not beautiful or welcoming, and where people have failed to earn our trust or love. Love doesn’t always come to us easily or naturally.
It is hard to love what repulses us, and yet carrying around bad feelings does not help us to be a source of love in our world. There will always be things we don’t love in our world! The Spectrum of Love exercise offers a step-by-step way of slowly turning up the flow of love when love is hard to find within ourselves. This webinar introduces the Spectrum of Love practice offering a tool that is useful in every part of your life.
In this webinar, we will look at love as an act of will - a choice we can make to the benefit of both ourselves and others, and to the world we share. Julia will also lead an imaginal experience of touching love within ourselves and our world.
This free introductory webinar introduces the three-week class, “The Spectrum of Love - An Exploration” which runs October 3 - October 23, 2024.
