more about this INTRODUCTORY webinar

In a hilarious twist of fate, we have been sold a narrative that the body is as far from spiritual as we can get. And yet the truth is, not only is the body a sacred piece of our whole being, it is also the powerful roots of our incarnate spirit!

The roots of consciousness are in the body. However, in a grand cosmic joke, many of us subconsciously learned that the body is bad. We learned that rational thinking and spiritual pursuits were good, right, and true. And we learned that the body was sinful, something to be risen above, controlled and overcome. These teachings have been coded into our consciousness over a millenia, and whether we consciously participate in it or not, it’s a strong piece of context for the world we live in. There’s a heavy emphasis on the value of our mind and spirit and a heavy suspicion of anything below the neck.

Surprise! Joke’s on us! Not only is the body a sacred piece of our whole being, it also provides the powerful roots of our spirit.

Explore this Cosmic Joke and how to begin to create a nourishing relationship with your body. This webinar also introduces the five-week Core Class, “Our Sacred Body” - April 11 to May 19.
