Lorian's programs in Incarnational Spirituality are like a breath of fresh air. I have learned to engage my whole self-heart, mind, body, soul and personality-in creative partnership with the world as it is. I find an intimate space of generativity opening within me that supports my relationships and passion for my work in integral ecology. Thank you David and the loving Lorian faculty!" —AA, WA

There is something basically useful about all of this. The class offered a framework that was structured in a safe way with a demonstration of a path for connection that works." —KL, UK

The class gave me reassurance that I am moving in the right direction because it helped me feel more of myself. The tools offered strengthened my own inner knowing." —EJ, UK, France

We have been–and still are–in a time of alarms and noises, posturings and persuasions, tumult and tempest. To be of service in the world today, we must stand in a place of calm steadiness. In the midst of the storm, we must take time to look beyond to the mountains and the stars, the ancestors and the descendents and just appreciate the vastness of the world and of time and cosmos in which we live. Whatever happens tomorrow, the sun will rise, clouds will form, rain will fall, creatures will be born and die, and life goes on. We will love and create, our inner power undimmed, our spirit as Sacred as ever." —David Spangler

Exploring Anwa with the Sidhe – Class

a four-week online class

April 22-May 19, 2017

During this class we will work with the Sidhe to explore their concept of anwa and how it applies to each of us personally and to our engagement with the world.

The Sidhe are very attuned to the anwa of the world. What is anwa? Here is how one of our Sidhe friends, Mariel, described it in David Spangler’s book Conversations with the Sidhe:

“The true shape of anything isn’t what it looks like but what it is as an activity of life. You do not have a word for this. It is something’s function, yes, but also how life moves and flows within and around it, and the intentionality that powers that movement. You might use a word like “spirit” but it is not truly the spirit of something.  Rather it is the moving pattern that the spirit imparts. We call this the anwa.”

Since we will be using the Card Deck of the Sidhe as a tool of attunement, it is expected that participants have access to this deck and manual. If you do not have the deck, it can be purchased here:

Exploring Anwa with the Sidhe will be held on our online Campus website. Class materials will be updated regularly and participants will have access to the “classroom” 24/7 for the duration of the class. New participants will need to create user accounts on our Campus site; further details and instructions for doing so will be emailed the week before the class.

Cost: $125

This teaching is intended to empower incarnate persons living in the physical world to lead lives of greater blessing and capacity and to be sources of blessing and service for the world as a whole.
