Crafting Relationships explores ideas of "co-incarnation," the ways in which we may hold and empower others and in that process enhance our own incarnations. It investigates the "chalice" of relationships, the way in which together we create conditions that can hold energy and consciousness in new ways. It examines the energetic or "subtle" side of relationship and relationship as an expression of an incarnational dynamic.

All of this might be called the energy work of relationship and in particular the concept and techniques of blessing. This book looks at what it means to love, not simply as an emotional affection or attachment but as a spiritual act.

The Incarnational card deck has 27 cards, 16 of which symbolically represent the process by which the Soul takes incarnation as observed by David Spangler's clairvoyant perception and research.

They also represent the generic stages by which many things take form.
